Atelier Molly is Molly, in Stockholm. There is no call centre and no ticket number — the person who runs the shop is the person who reads the mail.

Before you write

A few things are answered faster on their own pages:

• Where is my order? Your tracking link is in the dispatch email. Delivery takes 3–5 working days in Sweden and Europe, 4–6 further afield — see Shipping & delivery.
• It arrived damaged. Send a photograph and we will print a new one at our cost, with nothing to send back — see Returns & guarantee.
• Which size should I get? The size guide has the measurements and a trick for picking one.
• Everything else. The FAQ covers paper, frames, colour and returns.
